Where things stand

What exists, and what is in preparation

Available today: the TEAF training and certification platform (paths by role, a deterministically graded quiz, a TEAF Light attestation), with limited access on request. The four books and the TEAF Light repository are public.

In preparation: the workshops and seminars below. I open them when the content is ready to be evaluated seriously, and I announce no date or price before that.

Proposed formats

Three short formats, and a path by role

Format 1

Workshop "Governing AI and architecture"

Audience : CTOs, IT directors, architects, compliance leads
Format : Half a day, 8 to 12 participants

Understand why AI agent projects stall (costs, value, risks) and put in place the safeguards that prevent it.

  • Agent registry, identity and minimal rights
  • Traceability of architecture decisions (ADRs)
  • The AI Act calendar: what already applies
  • Exercise: map your organization's agents

You leave with : A template agent record, a list of governance questions, a 30-day plan.

Format 2

Leadership seminar "Enterprise architecture in the age of AI"

Audience : Executive committee, senior leaders
Format : Two to three hours, jargon-free

Give decision-makers the markers to arbitrate: what architecture brings, what AI amplifies, and the decisions that are theirs.

  • Why transformations fail
  • Governance and management accountability
  • Costs, value and risks of an AI project
  • The indicators to ask your teams for

You leave with : A written summary and a list of decisions to make.

Format 3

Workshop "Getting started with TEAF Light"

Audience : Architects, consultants, team leads
Format : One day, hands-on in the repository

Apply the 1-1-1 principle to a real case: one process, one loop, one measurable objective.

  • The TEAF loop, component by component
  • First Living ADRs and Knowledge Backbone
  • Installing and using the TEAF Light GitLab repository
  • Measuring: where you stand on the maturity pyramid

You leave with : A defined 1-1-1 scope and an initialized repository for your case.

Path

The five TEAF roles

Architecture Owner, Decision Steward, AI Control Officer, Capability Owner, Compliance Liaison: one path per role, with lessons, exercises and a quiz. One account can follow several roles, and any attestation can be publicly verified by its code.

Tailored

In-house

Each format can be adapted to your context, your tools and your teams, on site or remotely, in French or English. Exercises use your own cases, anonymized if needed.

Describe your need

Teaching approach

How it works

  • Small groups, so everyone works on their own case.
  • Exercises before lectures: we start from a real problem, theory follows.
  • Materials provided after the session, with references to go further.
  • Confidentiality: what is shared in a workshop stays there.

In full transparency

What these trainings are not

The TEAF Light attestation is self-issued by the platform and validated locally, within the framework. It is not a professional certification accredited by a third-party body, a professional order or a recognized authority: it is evidence of competence against the TEAF reference framework, not a diploma.

Eligibility of these trainings for funding (training funds or otherwise) is not guaranteed at this stage: check with your funding body before committing. No result is promised: training provides methods, and it is their implementation that produces results.

Frequently asked questions

Before joining the list

What are the dates and prices?

No dates or prices are announced at this stage. The waiting list lets you be notified at opening, with detailed terms.

Can a session be run inside our company?

Yes, and it is the format best suited to teams. Describe your context through the contact form, selecting the type "Training / workshop".

What level is required?

The formats don't assume you know TEAF. The first workshop is aimed at technical leaders; the leadership seminar requires no technical prerequisite.

In which language?

In French or English.

How does this differ from the TEAF certification platform?

The platform is an individual path by role, assessed by quiz, with an attestation. Workshops are group sessions centered on a concrete problem in your organization.

Interested in a workshop or seminar?
