How I work
Where I work
Remotely, in French and English, for organisations in Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Here is what that changes for you, before the first call.
Which countries do you work in?
Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. IND UM Conseil et Technologies is registered in Quebec and runs its engagements remotely, in French and English. No city is excluded within those five countries: the way of working does not depend on your address.
What “remotely” actually means
Framing workshops, architecture review boards and decision reviews happen over video, with the same deliverables as on site: capability map, traced architecture decisions, roadmap. It is the default way of working, not a fallback — it allows short, frequent sessions instead of full days far apart.
How are meeting times set?
They are agreed at the start of the engagement, together with the cadence of sessions, and they account for your teams’ time zone. It is settled once, not renegotiated before every meeting.
Can you travel on site?
Yes, case by case: a kick-off workshop, a board session, a final readout. It is decided with you, arranged in advance, and appears as its own line in the proposal. I do not commit to a number of days on site in an architecture proposal: an engagement is measured by its decisions and its deliverables.
What I do not offer
No staffing, no permanent on-site presence, no secondment of personnel. For operational capacity, see Workynet; for building and running the information system, Trustiatis.
Your context in a few lines
The first conversation is free, and happens over video.
